The ZAP Fitness Girls on the Run 5K is celebrated twice each year as the culminating event in our 12-week GOTR curriculum. For the first time, this event will be open to the community as well as Girls on the Run participants.  Every participant under the age of 14 must have a running buddy. Running buddies may be a teacher, parent, coach or relative over the age of 18.

Current GOTR-HC particpants and current coaches do not need to register!  Running buddies and past particpants do need to register.  Registration deadline to insure a t-shirt is April 18, 2013!

When: May 4, 2013, 10:00am      Where: Kidd Brewer Football Stadium on the campus of ASU

Bib pick up/on-site registration: 8:30-9:30am Kidd Brewer Football Stadium Ticket Plaza

Registration and fees:   Everyone except current participants and coaches need to register! To register online please click here! To register offline, please email horinems@appstate.edu.  Registration fees are $15.00 and include a t-shirt for everyone registered by April 18, 2013. Day of registration starts at 8:30am and we can accept cash or checks.

Parking:  Plenty of free parking at the Stadiuim and Raley Parking Lots.

Strollers: Allowed, but we ask that you start towards the back of the group!       

Pets: Not allowed

Inclement weather: In case of inclement weather, information will be posted on gotr.appstate.edu by 9am!  Please be prepared -- this event will take place except for extreme circumstances.

Refunds:  No refunds will be given.  In the event the 5K run is cancelled, registrations will transfer to our Fall 2013 5K.
